Another reason would be that Becky is on RAW and they have a built in rivalry
I would Jade in there instead of Naomi 0 because i'm still banking on Bianca Jade at Mania

exactly my feeling too - neither Jade or Bianca are winning the chamber (im convinced it will be Bex) . you could have jade or Bianca pin one or the other to set up the feud going forward too
There isn't much left for her there anyway and would rather see her over half of the women on the main roster anyway.
Now I think about it too, Tiff coming up could potentially solve the WrestleMania problem. Bianca/Tiffany at WrestleMania would slap, Tiff eliminated Bianca in the Rumble and you could even give her a sneaky pin here aswell to get to the match at Mania. That leaves whatever combo they want to do with Rhea/Bex/Liv/Jade aswell potentially.
