Cause I’m trying to figure out what act in AEW needs him right now. He and Kai are probably the only ones going there.

Don't know if this answers this exactly, but Bivens has wrestled before in Ring of Honor, a few Indies, and I think Evolve. I think after a while he slowly transitioned into become a manger even before he was signed with WWE
