I guess I can't really vote here considering I have never tuned into Superstars, and I notice it's ran a couple times per week. I have watched NXT and I like it, but I can do without the keg carries, obstacle courses, etc. Let's see these up and comers in more wrestling matches and mic tests. After Riley was eliminated, and thank God because he needs a new gimmick or just don't have one at all, Hennig (McG) and Kaval give their speeches on why they should be the winner yadda, yadda, yadda. Hennig completely dropped the ball. I pretty much got lost in his rambling. I was left scratching my head because here you have the oldest son of one of the greatest wrestlers to step foot in a ring, who could talk as well, and he's dropping the ball big time on a promo. Not just any promo. One that's trying to convince everyone why he should win NXT. My advice, Joe, go watch footage of your father. As much promo footage as possible.
Overall, I do like the concept of NXT, but I don't like the guys getting rushed to the spotlight. These kids are going from wrestling in front of what??? 500-1000 people with a small television market to worldwide cable television in 15,000-20,000 seat arenas. That's enough pressure for these guys to have to develop. Guys like Kaval are OK because he's been on TNA. I just don't like how WWE rushes things.
