NXT Champion Trick Williams vs. Je'Von Evans vs. Ethan Page vs. Shawn Spears
Trick Williams will defend the NXT Championship against Je'Von Evans, Ethan Page, and Shawn Spears in a Fatal 4-Way Match.
The Young OG won a 25-man Battle Royal to earn the championship opportunity, but later lost to Page who was never technically eliminated from the match.

With no other option, NXT General Manager made the match a Fatal 4-Way, meaning anything can truly happen.
