The Queen is coming to NXT to give The EST exactly what she asked for.
Charlotte Flair will wrestle her first match on the black-and-gold brand in more than four years tonight when she looks to settle the score with Bianca Belair.
Accepting Rhea Ripley’s WrestleMania challenge, Flair attacked The Nightmare immediately following her victory over Belair at NXT TakeOver: Portland. But the NXT Women’s Champion wasn’t the only target of The Queen, who also sent The EST careening into the steel steps before exiting.
Belair, who already felt disrespected after Flair’s last appearance on NXT, responded by commandeering the ring during the match between Kayden Carter and Chelsea Green this past week to call out Charlotte — and she didn’t mince words about her intentions.
The 10-time Women's Champion responded on Twitter.
A victory would be the biggest feather in Belair’s cap to-date, while Charlotte can send Ripley a message with a win ahead of their WrestleMania showdown.
Who will prevail — The Queen or The EST?
The Prince apparently has his next move plotted out.
After defeating Johnny Gargano at TakeOver: Portland, Finn Bálor declared that NXT is his chess board, and hinted that tonight, he’ll be revealing his future plans.
Just what does Bálor have in store?
Austin Theory felt the wrath of Tommaso Ciampa this week. Tonight, the newcomer will get to test himself and possibly earn some payback on the former NXT Champion.
The Blackheart was solely focused on issuing a warning to Johnny Gargano, who cost him the title at TakeOver: Portland, until Theory interrupted him. At that point, Ciampa went into a rage, repeatedly throwing Theory into the guardrails at ringside.
Having had his reunion with Goldie postponed even further, Ciampa’s mood is not likely to improve by. Will he continue to take out his frustrations on Theory, or will the newcomer shock the NXT Universe?
After a heated confrontation at an NXT Live Event over the weekend, Dominik Dijakovic will go one-on-one with Cameron Grimes tonight on USA Network, as first reported on WWE's The Bump.
Following his victory, The Technical Savage said he deserved bigger opportunities before accusing Dijakovic of whining and complaining. The big man happened to overhear Grimes’ accusations, and said he could try and back those words up in the ring. What will happen when these two step in the ring? Find out on NXT, live tonight at 8/7 C on USA Network!
Join me and possibly Chris tonight for another round of NXT LD!
