I misunderstood what he said, but they have to help further the story and build the feud more so that's why it started out with a promo that wasn't even 20 minutes. Whatever, I may not agree with his opinions but he's entitled to them.
Ah, gotcha. No biggie. Raw did it, too, with the long Shield package.

Gulak made the TLC Kickoff Show must watch now because we'll get to see the rest of his Powerpoint Presentation! I also like that we get more than one Cruiserweight match on TLC with the tag team match of Gallagher/Kendrick vs Swann/Alexander. It's nice to see the cruisers get some recognition.

Well the show is only an hour long so that's probably why the match was only 20 minutes. The show is entertaining, and the storylines are fun but whatever, different strokes for different folks and all that jazz.
It was a 15 minute Enzo monologue and a 5 minute recap.

This is why we only see the same 8 guys involved in this show week in and week out.

I don't really care if it's the same 8 guys week in, week out. It's still entertaining and fun to me, to someone like you it may not be, and that's fine.

Like I said different strokes for different folks.

So I'm ignorant to most of the happenings in WWE right now but I'm curious, do fans consider this show a mostly good thing? I mean I can imagine the match quality is awesome and it's opened the door for a lot of people to join WWE that may not have otherwise, but is it really a quality show? I would assume (so don't freak out if it's not the case) that a lot of it is pretty much phoned in booking-wise and from what I've seen there isn't that much variance in which characters are at the forefront. And they basically seem like a sideshow when I see their segments on Raw. Also it seems dangerous in that some main event level talents could end up stuck in the cruiserweight division, never really getting significant roles because of the label. I plan on getting caught up with WWE programming soon, including 205 Live, but I was just curious about what the consensus opinion is on it.

For the most part 205 Live has become the bastard son of WWE. It was hot when it was the CWC, but somewhere along the way fans lost interest. Mostly because WWE tapes it after SmackDown Live and WWE even has to put AJ in dark matches most weeks to keep people from leaving. There was a general curiosity again when Enzo got there and they did the spot with the whole division squashing him, but it's starting to die down again. Neville kept it interesting at least on PPV for a while and we'll see how Enzo and Kalisto do at TLC. Most of these guys would probably fair better if half were sent to main rosters and the other half to NXT.

Well that's pretty much exactly what I imagined. I knew people loved the CWC and I am determined to watch all of it sometime. A whole weekly show with these guys was bound to run out of steam eventually though I figured. Based off the ECW reboot I assumed WWE would kinda lose interest in the third "brand" after a while. But I can't resist a show featuring Tozawa (who I never thought I'd see in a WWE ring) and Brian Kendrick.

WWE 205 Live preview, Oct. 24, 2017: Kalisto challenges Enzo Amore for WWE Cruiserweight Title in a WWE TLC rematch
Tonight on WWE 205 Live, Kalisto invokes his rematch clause and will face Enzo Amore looking to reclaim the WWE Cruiserweight Championship!

Will The Brian Kendrick and Gentleman Jack Gallagher continue to target Cedric Alexander?
After weeks of targeting Cedric Alexander, Gentleman Jack Gallagher and The Brian Kendrick unleashed an aggressive side of their nemesis, as Alexander proved he can hold his own against the British Superstar and The Man with a Plan, who pride themselves on being fighters. Recruiting his friend Rich Swann to square off against the nefarious duo at WWE TLC, Alexander proved once and for all that he wasn't intimidated by Gallagher and Kendrick, picking up a victory in an exciting tag team bout.

It would seem Gallagher and Kendrick underestimated Alexander's ability and his friendship with Swann. However, they revealed a more intense side of Alexander – similar to the way Kendrick unleashed Gallagher's more aggressive nature – begging the question of whether this is all part of a plan. It remains to be seen if Gallagher and Kendrick will continue to focus on Alexander or move on, but the duo will certainly not back down from a fight.

Kalisto aims to reclaim the WWE Cruiserweight Championship
Earlier this month on Raw, Kalisto defeated Enzo Amore for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship, temporarily putting a hold on the era of Enzo in the Cruiserweight division. The Certified G remained resilient, forging new alliances and remaining focused on reclaiming the title at WWE TLC.

The Realest Guy in the Room – who has made it abundantly clear he will do whatever it takes to win – lived up to that promise last Sunday when he defeated Kalisto to become a two-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion. The hard-fought battle culminated in Enzo driving his thumb into the eye of his opponent while the official was distracted. Of course, the questionable tactic drew parallels to how The Certified G first won the title at WWE No Mercy, where he kicked Neville below the belt to secure the win.

Nevertheless, Kalisto wasted little time invoking his rematch clause on Raw for tonight's episode of WWE 205 Live, before leading Gran Metalik, Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali and Rich Swann in a 10-Man Tag Team Match against Enzo, Ariya Daivari, Noam Dar, Tony Nese and Drew Gulak. Picking up a victory for his team following a Salida Del Sol on Enzo, Kalisto proved he's more than ready to reclaim the title tonight on WWE 205 Live at 10/9 C on the award-winning WWE Network.

That Neutralizer would make a great finish. So beautiful and it looks like it kills.

Jacked and he can MOVE.

Yeah I remember when TNA had him and I was hoping they were keep him long term and they didn't of course. He's doing well in his role with WWE now though.
