I wouldn't say "hate" so much, but that's just me. I prefer to strongly dislike or disagree with somebody, but hating someone due to lack of apparent intelligence is kind of childish in its own right. Not everyone on a forum as popular as this is going to have proper grammar, planned and rational arguments or intelligent information to provide. I think what's important here is that this Rose person may be what you call a spammer i suppose, but i think if an effort would be put into trying to improve his posts, by showing him what he is doing wrong and working to help him improve, rather than showing him what he's doing wrong and putting him down about it, would probably be a more constructive way to go about this.

I admit, i don't know exactly the history behind this whole situation, all i know is Rose did make a mistake by claiming that he didn't care, when he obviously does. He PMed BKB saying he would try to improve, and has since apologized for his rudeness i believe. I may have little to no say in what should or shouldn't be done about a member, but i think in a moral sense now is the time for trying to support a member and help them to be a better person, rather than trying to flame them and drive them away from the forum. Because any self respecting forum Moderator or Admin shouldn't truly wish to get rid of a certain person just because they are a temporary nuisance.

On an unrelated note: Hurray for this being my first post outside of the BTB forums!

If someone is going to act like a fucking blueberry, I have no reason to help them be a better member in any way possible. He has to do it on his own.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that annoying behaviour=no one will like you. If he'd stop being a whiny bitch, maybe people would respect him.

Well my main point is, what does our respect even mean over the internet? What i mean is, more importantly than people not caring about Rose, who really should care that you don't care? For the most part of what i can tell, everyone who hates Rose has expressed their opinions, some multiple times, and i think the majority of the boards get it. You hate Rose. Ok, that's our right to think and believe what we want. But this has gotten pretty much to the point where everyones hate of Rose has turned into downright constant and unresolvable flaming. If the problem is truly as bad as most people seem to believe it is, i mean, if Rose being on these boards is truly putting a damper on our lives and is distracting us from having a good day so badly, then why doesn't a moderator ban him already?

From what it sounds like, people view Rose as a stain on the underwear of life that should be permanently removed and burned alive. That's how bad the flaming has gotten from my point of view. So instead of allowing members to constantly flame another member until they are forced to quit, how about you just get rid of the problem altogether? If spamming is against the rules, it sounds as if Rose is guilty times a hundred of breaking this rule, and we should save everyone some trouble and ban him.

But if everyone is simply just overreacting and making a huge deal out of bad grammar and such, then i think its best to say, yes you hate Rose. We know that you hate Rose, now its time to move on and simply just ignore whatever Rose says to you or about you or any subject in general. There really is no need to try and bully a member out of a forum. Its like i said, if the problem is this bad, i suggest a petition to ban the member from the forum. But if this is just a minor problem that is being blown out of proportion, i think people just need to chill and leave one another and this topic in general, alone.

For me personally, I don't hate any member of any forum. I just find people to be annoying.

People like Rose can rant and rave all they want about how they don't care but, fact of the matter is, a lot of people DO care about things on the internet and threads like this show it. You can easily tell which people care and which ones don't. What people think of them is important to them and my answer is, why should anyone care what someone on the other side of your internet connection who you will probably never meet matter? To some people, it really does. Why? I don't know, maybe to make them feel secure about their existance in the world and because being liked is important to them?

Rose and Blaze are the same. I may pick on them at times but I really don't have a problem with either of them. They can just get irritating at times. Both ramble on and on whenever someone disses them. Just MOVE ON. Don't let it get to you. The more you respond, the more people will insult you. If you leave it alone, the thread will die and no one will care.

I think at one point here, I had 5 or 6 threads directed at me because people don't like that I'm a bitch (I like to call it honest, actually). I didn't make a thread asking for people to forgive me. Screw that shit. If people don't like who I am, they can bend over and blow themselves.

Just be yourself and if people don't accept you, fuck 'em. You shouldn't have to change for anyone.
