So looking at the flips whilst I assumed Phenom had been augmented it doesn't seem to indicate that on his flip.

Check the part of the OP I quoted last page, it says they may be redacted. It's indicated otherwise by TKOK being poisoned.

If you're town, your flip will confirm there's a second augmenter, but I'm buying it until I see that flip.
