It looks empty, and you have chosen images of their head being cut. Try to occupy the space of your banner with either adding some brushing or some background images to it.

looks like someone went my route and used paint, i love my admirers (idk how to spell that, i always lose in spelling bees)

He/She is new to making GFX.

You should take care when cutting graphics. If you haven't got patience, I would cut a bit then SAVE it. Then do a bit more the next day - VERY USEFUL.
The fonts are really horrible, no offence. I say you should check out - www.dafont.com
It has really nice fonts for you to use.

The background is also bleh. Try to make it fit the render. Use C4Ds if you wanna be a real hardcore mofo xD

(C4Ds are graphical images you can cut and shape and put into your siggy for a beautiful effect)
