As far as we know Lethal was the cop and they janitored him and Grim just took his role and named town players as players he’d checked. It could explain the request for Baldy to still claim after clearing him?

I don't really think set up spec in a game that has been like this is going to be of much use. Bus Drivers tend to be scum roles where I come from so I knew I had my work cut out for me if I had to claim it to save myself.
