For the second time ever, the historic crossover event between New Japan Pro Wrestling and Stardom will take place on November 17th, this time at the Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium, showcasing intergender matches and title bouts that highlight the best both companies have to offer.

Main Event: Zack Sabre Jr. and Maika vs El Desperado and Starlight Kid
Mixed tag match- male wrestlers can only wrestle male wrestlers, female with female
In an all star main event, the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Zack Sabre Jr. teams up with 5☆Star GP 2024 victor Maika to face the returning El Desperado and his “lil sis,” Neo Genesis leader Starlight Kid.
Returning from a five month absence due to knee injur, El Desperado appeared at Power Struggle to issue a Wrestle Kingdom challenge to IWGP Junuior Heavyweight Champion DOUKI. This match is a chance for Desperado to prove his readiness after a knee injury against the most punishing of opposition in submission master and former Suzuki-Gun teammate Zack Sabre Jr.
For her part, Maika is determined to show her strength and power to new fans watching for the first time. At the last Historic X-Over, Maika drew a lot of attention and headlines by suplexing Hiroshi Tanahashi, and she has little interest in the ruling tonight that men will wrestle men and women wrestle women in these mixed matchups.
7th Match: IWGP Women’s Championship Match Mayu Iwatani vs Momo Watanabe
Our semi-main event features a title showdown for the IWGP Women’s Championship, as reigning champion Mayu Iwatani defends against H.A.T.E. member Momo Watanabe. Introduced at the first Historic X-Over event two years ago, the belt is once again on the line with Iwatani looking to extend her record-breaking 18-month reign. Interestingly, Iwatani was Momo’s first championship opponent for the High Speed title, with both women’s careers intertwined over the last decade. Can Iwatani secure her eighth defense, or will “Black Peach” Momo Watanabe emerge as the new champion a day after her 10 year pro anniversary?
6th Match: Taichi and Natsupoi vs Clark Connors and Thekla

In another intergender battle, WAR DOGS’ Clark Connors teams up with H.A.T.E. member Thekla against Natsupoi and Taichi. After Connors shocked the STARDOM crowd by spearing Natsupoi in a brutal ambush during a match with Thekla this October, the High Speed Fairy enlisted Historic X-Over 1 partner Taichi’s help for this grudge match.
With a complicated history between Natsupoi and Thekla, which resulted in a recent wrist injury, as well as Taichi’s betrayal at the hands of newest War Dogs member SANADA, tensions are high.
5th Match: KOPW 2024 Championship Hardcore Match- Great-O-Khan vs Suzu Suzuki
Last month at STARDOM’s Nagoya event, Great-O-Khan issued an open challenge for the KOPW 2024 title, which was promptly answered by the Crazy Star Suzu Suzuki. To give Suzuki a fair chance, the arrogant O-Khan agreed to a hardcore match, and offered not to use any weapon themselves, a handicap Suzuki quickly rebuffed as having no need for. What Suzuki did suggest was for not only O-Khan’s title being on the line, but an extra stipulation that also sees, in case of a win for Suzuki, the Eliminator having to cut off their braid and beard.
There is a lot at stake for the champion- but have they underestimated their opponent in this intergender fight that’s well in Suzuki’s hardcore wheelhouse?
4th Match: Hiroshi Tanahashi, Ryusuke Taguchi, Hanan, Saya Iida vs Gabe Kidd, Drilla Moloney, Saya Kamitani, Natsuko Toura

In an intense face-off, Hontai and STARS join forces as Hiroshi Tanahashi and Ryusuke Taguchi team up with STARDOM powerhouses in the Wing☆Gori tandem of Saya Iida and Hanan to battle WAR DOGS’ Drilla Moloney and Gabe Kidd, along with H.A.T.E.’s Natsuko Tora and Saya Kamitani. War Dogs and H.A.T.E. have clear similarities and a common goal of destruction. Will STARS and Hontai’s strength and sense of justice prevail?
3rd Match: Toru Yano, Tiger Mask, Boltin Oleg vs United Empire ( Jeff Cobb, Callum Newman, Francesco Akira)
Tiger Mask, Toru Yano, and Boltin Oleg clash with United Empire’s Jeff Cobb, Francesco Akira, and Callum Newman. This match serves as a preview for the World Tag League, where Yano and Oleg will pair up, as will Cobb and Newman. With Akira’s tag team expertise and Tiger Mask’s veteran experience, this promises to be an explosive tag team match.
2nd Match: Neo Genesis (Mei Seira, AZM, Miyu Amasaki) vs H.A.T.E.(Konami, Rina, Ruaka)
In the second match of Historic X-Over II, Neo Genesis faces off against H.A.T.E., bringing the action of the ongoing faction wars to the ring. Representing Neo Genesis, we have the trio of AZM, Mei Seira, and Miyu Amasaki, each bringing unique strengths and synergy to the ring. On the H.A.T.E. side, Submission Sniper Konami, alongside the devious Rina and intimidating Ruaka, will look to assert their dominance. Which side will walk away with the victory and secure bragging rights in this faction showdown at the second crossover event?
1st Match: Cosmic Angels (Tam Nakano, Saori Anou) vs God’s Eye (Syuri, Tomoka Inaba)
For the first match, Cosmic Angels will face the team of Syuri and Tomoka Inaba, representing Syuri’s collection of martial arts experts in God’s Eye. Syuri has a pair of singles losses to both Anou and Nakano to avenge in this tag affair, while World of Stardom Champion Nakano has a lot to prove as she represents her promotion on a grand stage in the opening bout.
Kickoff Match: Hanako, Aya Sakura vs Ranna Yagami, Sayaka Kurara
The kickoff match showcases upcoming talents, pairing the 181 cm tall HANAKO and Aya Sakura. HANAKO drew NJPW eyes with a recent excursion to the NJPW Academy. She battles alongside and opposite a collection of artists- Aya Sakura with her martial karate background, and an ex metal drummer Ranna Yagami and painter Sayaka Kurara. Which team of rising stars will emerge victorious?
