The non-HOT/Yano ones are pretty raved about. Taichi/Shingo/Henare have had some amazing ones against each other with weird stips.

My only complaint is how long some are such as this ladder match and that one time fucking Yano and Chase Owens almost went 30 in an I quit match

That sounds like something that should happen in one of those comedy promotions. An I Quit match goes on too long, the referee quits, both are winners

This leads to a mutual-respect tag title run

One of my personal favorites. Taichi and Shingo did some crazy variations of the "counting" aspect of wrestling

They also did one where every count was a point or something, so like pins, count outs, 5 counts for in the ropes, all registered points for you or the opponent
