Yeah. Looking at the bracket he seems like the logical choice.

Finlay/Ospreay looks likely to me, not sure if they'd do two gaijins tho. Finlay could easily win and get a shot at Okada which he'd probably lose but could establish him (or show he's not ready) and it could kick off a larger United Empire vs Bullet Club faction feud since UE has slowly kinda been more face-ish
