EVIL had no business being in the Semis imo. I hope whatever injury Tsuji is going through it's not for too long. I never really liked him as a talent but I thought they should of pulled the trigger on him when he returned and beaten Sanada or around that time. Now he's in a group with no name and no direction and I'm still waiting for him to show his personality because smiling is not doing it for me. I think he's good to great at times in the Ring but yeah I'm waiting to see something more from him as a Wrestler.

That has not been confirmed anywhere yet. Also you could avoid having EVIL make the final by never having him in the semi in the first place.

Respectfully, disagree. Non Japanese fans needs to accept Japanese fans like HoT and njpw is booked for them, not us.

They are too merch sellers and get lots of heat. You may not like it, but this idea that evil doesn't deserve wins is just , imo, an extremely Western fan pov

Idk I think it's very funny how wound up Western fans get at EVIL.

I'll understand if he wins it all but him beating Tsuji , possibly due to injury in top of that, is really not a big deal.

I can almost guarantee Zach is losing the belt this year too. I predict the usual Japanese vs Japanese main event with the lack of Kenny or ospreys star power as top gaijins

A good hero always need a good villain to Match him it's a Story that works in Comics especially. What I'm saying I don't think EVIL is that strong Villain Character who has layers to his Character at for me. I've always been a big time LIJ fan and he was poise to be something within the group maybe could of been the leader if not for turning Heel who knows but I cannot say he has improved in all facets as a talent since then. I would less be having a problem with it if they booked it creatively and not the same ole crap they have been doing for quite awhile now. Either way whether or not I like it Takeshita better win tomorrow and I have a feeling he will.

Finlay, actually Takeshita as the bad guy since Japanese fans view him as a part time guy. Probs others you could get into that role and be the villain who would be compelling to see. If I wanted shitty interference finishes all the time, I'd watch Solo

And ya I think your issue is more with the match formatting. They certainly love to spam it with his matches. For me that's not really an EVIL specific problem though , more of a heel booking issue that is pretty prevalent in njpw . They just made it comically over the top with HoT

People were cheering EVIL in the final and online Japanese fans were calling for EVIL to win as he is full time whilst Takeshita is seen a full time. So the you need a heel argument doesn't work as well because a good portion of people were cheering the heel.
