just my two cents on this new hybrid voting system, I think order of wagon should be whoever locked their votes first as the first on the wagon, I think this matters.

I was wondering something about this myself. For instance if I lock my vote on OMB now would I just turn yellow or would I be moved to the end like it's a new vote? I think some distinction would help for looking back at wagons and such.

imo you should turn yellow and bump ahead of those that aren't yellow on the vote order. Given that a locked vote is obviously more significant
