My Leaf rant:
The best thing about the loss last night is that it's the last time I ever have to witness Gardiner in a Leafs jersey. I still don't understand why Babcock continued to play him and the Nylander/Marleau/Brown line. All were completely useless all series. Marleau needs to hit Robidas island next season so we can save that cap space and get someone decent on the back end. That first goal that went in on Andersen could have been stopped by any pee-wee goalie on the planet. I don't care how many great saves he made in games 1-6, that is inexcusable. Back to Nylander, if we can flip him to Carolina for Slavin or Pesce I would do it immediately. One more thing, if Babcock doesn't want to play our $10+ million dollar guys more that 18 minutes a night, he needs to go too.
