I honestly deserve this. I've talked so much shit after the latest superbowl win. Especially after the giants smoked SF and GB this year. I was just poppin' off at the mouth and look at us now. :upset:

You are what cost us the superbowl before, and i was pumped you won (same as the cards for the WS) because it makes me pretend we would ahve won if that was different. Either way, lose Eli and id route for you (huge Wright fan, and love the trade, we booted Dickey off our team)

Love the mets (hate the yanks, as any real fan of baseball does) but hate the giants.

ETA: let's be serious, us out of the playoff picture? The lions hurt themselves and the Bears have one of my favorite choke artist (but also top 10 GREATEST NCAA qb's ever IMO)

The mets are the loveable losers. They are almost as bad as the Cubs but we won in 86. Baseball is my #1 sport. I grew up in Queens and my grandfather was a Brooklyn Dodgers fan (they turned into the mets when the Dodgers peaced)

as a fan of a team made of losers, i can respect it. Mets were great, and it all turned around, especially with your own being connected to Madoff.

I love our team now, and Wisconsin is Die-hard for our sports. Mets helped us into the playoffs in 08 (not how you wanted it to go) with the marlins, and i was watching for my 21st birthday season (allowed at bars) for that business, and it was awesome. Now you are making good team moves for the future, and we are staking our entire team on prospects (im pumped) i say route for us, as you are doing the same.

I've always like the brewers because they don't sell out. They did the right thing keeping braun and letting fielder go. I have a real hard time rooting for other teams until my team has officially been eliminated from the playoffs. Recently i've been a big A's fan but respect teams like the brewers as well. I'd much rather root for the Brewers then the Sox (red or white) Yanks, LA teams, Anything big market besides the mets i hate. I'm just happy that the mets decided to stop with that approach to just over pay atheletes. I mean we are going to be paying Jason Bay for a few more years but cutting him was fucking awesome. Pedro/glavine/floyd/beltran(even though he leaves and has a career year), Johan, K-Rod,

THe list is endless of all of the talent we have given away for guys like this and how many role players we've skipped on that would produce just as much as those guys.

Anyways, I could talk baseball for hours but in the spirit of football
