I forget the guy's name but he is another speed QB who actually showed some promise in the preseason.

That pick by Kerry Collins wasn't the greatest throw in the world but the effort was piss poor by Nate Washington. A good WR would stop, go up and high point the ball over the DB instead of just slowing down getting ready to cradle the ball while the DB can attack it.
