I forgot all about that. Apparently the team who gets the ball in OT can only win the game via TD not a FG. If they kick a FG then the other team gets a chance to tie it or win.

OT rules are messed up basically if you win the toss a kick a FG the other team gets another chance, but if you score a TD its over
