Next Username Colors

The issue had to do with not being able to see the usernames.
I checked on my desktop, laptop, and phone and all seemed fine to me so :idk2:

I see the black just fine to me. It doesn't pop like the lighter colors do, but for visibility, it's there.

The glowing boarder thing never works out right from what we have tried. I mean if a color like green wins I could try neon green with a white outline to make it look like a highlighter's turd.

I have made suggestion to Soli to change the legend color to purple because of Undetaker. If he does decide to do it, it will be done when the update happens.
