Try doing a dispute saying this : "Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use."

I'm not promising it will work though.

No you have to dispute, go to video manager it will say matches third party content. Click that then click I want to dispute this claim. Just don't do it too much and your account should be fine.

Ok @[seabs] I tried to do it, but on step 2 out of 2, after I hit submit dispute, it gave me an "Authorization Error", I've tried everything actually, I'm pretty sure it's because I'm on a PS3 :/

Only at school, but the computers there have Youtube blocked..
