Yes almost every game I've ever played Indy counts as a town number when it comes to the votes. Unless they're specifically designed to be a mafia Indy, and in that case there's usually a town Indy.

But when it comes to end game ratio and mafia winning, Indy counts on the town side.

BUT if John is a killer and taking out townies he isn't really helpful. But lynching him also doesn't help us find mafia. Mafia want him dead just as much as town because he can also kill mafia. Or at least two of them.

So how does the ratio look like?

On clique we've had indies that don't win with town (that's called a town survival) but rather they have to win themselves one to one.

Still in those cases they were a town number.

ALSO. If Indy isn't a town number, then Day 3 won't be a 3-4 situation.

(Granted the Indy vig would be dead so we wouldn't have to worry about a double kill)

I think that's more contributing to Sky not being a very rational thinker and instead a tunneler. She's done it with me too, but it doesn't indicate she's mafia. Just that she isn't open minded.

I'm voting again though. Because Jango even if she is mafia, I am pretty certain she's not lying about John being Indy. She might be the mafia equivalent of your dols (or you hers) but either way I think this is the most logical vote.

It's basically a punt while we take out a very dangerous player who killed our fucking cop.
