Kennedy V1 looks much better than V2.

Flair one is ok but i didnt enjoy the text in it as its not that clear.
The color of the background suits Flair, but the split of bkg not good as it affected the text imo.

7/10 overall.

Mr. Kennedy v1 is better and I like the Flair sig as well but I don't like your position of your name. It looks horrible curved in a corner. I know you're trying something now but stop doing that...
