She’s definitely got more history with Impact, but David was my guy going back to Nitro. I love that voice.

Oh, he's a legend. Penzer's return was very welcomed, but doesn't mean there can't be opportunities for Tom doing it again on a return to the UK, or maybe they see another role for him. In the end, I think it's a decent agreement. Cultaholic, likely because of their relationship with Hendry, helps promote the UK tour, gets a match sponsored, and one of their members who's active in the independent scene gets a chance to live his dream.
