Not much emphasis was put on Sting or the reveal. Where's JR when you need him? :why:

Yeah, I love how they just sort of shoved both in at the very end of the show without any pomp and circumstance.

It's almost like someone in the back suddenly went, "Oh shit! The show's about to close and we haven't shown Sting or done the reveal yet! Sting, amble on out there! Someone get Knox's mask off, NOW!"

Even WCW would have played his music. Also, his gimmick has been dropping in from the rafters for years. A cage match where the faces are outnumbered, in a locked cage, with no roof, is the ideal situation for him to DROP IN FROM THE RAFTERS! I just don't get it :upset:

Holy cannoli!! What an outstanding idea! That actually makes perfect sense and would really excite the fans! Amazing insight and thought process! ...... oh, wait, that's why you're not a writer for TNA or WWE. :pity:

Seriously, it makes you wonder. A scenario like what you mentioned would be SO much better and make a lot more sense than just having him walk to the ring with no music or big entrance or.....well.....anything. Not at all what I expected. I wasn't even pumped for his return, but I still expected more than what they did.

I don't know about you, but all my shits come out bald. I might freak if one came out with hair.
Really though, completely agree. He could use some massive improvement, and his comments on Knox being revealed were more than lacking.

Bald shits talk is kinda freaking me out.:vince:

Mike Tenay - you fat fuck.

It's like they go out of their way to make it as bad as possible. They even had the bat fall from the rafters during DOCs horrific promo. They didn't use that tease at all? It makes my brain hurt.

I know! I love TNA, but c'mon. Really? That's what you give us? Sheesh. I had flipped over to something else during the commercial break, so when I got back to it and saw York's entrance I honestly thought I had missed something. Then when I started reading through the discussion thread, I realized that no, I hadn't missed anything. They just went to commercial then came back as if that bit never happened. Such an odd, random segment and horrible promo. Then poof -- gone.

The only good part about having the others masked for so long, is that Devon did all the talking. Let him be the mouth piece. Please, no more DOC promos, and none from Knox :please:

I'm thinking Mr. Anderson might be Hogan's and Sting's rat inside the Aces & 8's. Remember how Devon looked for the bat, and it later felt from the rafters.... :vince:

Why give such an important role to Anderson though? He's been irrelevant forever, and not entertaining at all IMO. If A&E's were recruiting someone for muscle, why not Robbie T, that lets him become a monster heel (filling in for the departed Abyss character), and let's Robbie E move on to bigger and better things as well.

I was thinking this too, but then being in Aces & Eights suits his personality, so maybe not.

Goes in to be the mole. Ends up liking it and sides with the bad guys. It's a possibility and an easy way to turn Anderson heel which might make him interesting. It just smells like Point Break if they would do it.

Anderson is better as a heel, but when you are a heel alongside Aries, Bully, and Roode, it doesn't seem like a great option for him. Only way it will work is if he is put into another division.
