I'm glad it is Kofi because Christian will probably be getting a major push soon and I don't want Drew or the Intercontinental championship getting in the way. I still don't get why Christian was in the tournement anyway, if they are about to push him, which is very likely due to the lack of main event talent on Smackdown, then why have him job to Kofi, huge credibility killer.

^^^Having an IC title in between isn't a bad idea either. It worked for Chris Jericho last year.

Yes but main eventers are desperately needed for Smackdown and an IC title reign or feud would slow the main event proccess down by like 2 or 3 months and Smackdown needs new main eventers quicker than that. Of course, they do have Punk, Rey and Taker to fall back on as reliable main eventer but Punk and Rey don't look like stopping any time soon with their feud and Taker, well he is just awful. If Christian isn't suddenly pushed to the main event then I suppose they could have Punk pick up the title, with Rey at his side and then have Christian feud with Punk. In summary, Kofi/Drew is the best IC match at the moment but if need be Christian can be added at the expense of a Christian/Swagger feud for the title.

This should really be Drew vs. Christian. I really am not a big fan of Kofi's, so I sure hope Drew wins here. Drew is sort of boring, I definitely think better of Drew than most people on this forum, but I really do not want Kofi holding a belt. His mid card title reigns resemble Shelton's reigns, lame and forgettable.

Well Drew's reign was a little better than any of Kofi's reigns, but not by much. They are all equally forgettable.
