Collisions to Rock Washington DC and Philadelphia in April! 【NJoA】​

Big events hit the east coast in April

Two major events will see NJPW action rock Washington DC and Philaelphia PA this April.

On April 15, Capital Collision will return to the Washington DC Sports and Enterntainment center. At Capital Collision 2022, Juice Robinson shocked the world by wining the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship in a four way battle. What happens in 2023?

The very next night, April 16 will see NJPW return to the 2300 Arena for Collision in Philadelphia. 2022 saw STRONG tapings hit the legendary former ECW Arena, while 2023 will see the event powered up into a PPV spectacular. What happens when New Japan is back in the iconic home of hardcore?

Tickets for both events go on sale on January 13!

There appears to already backstage heat with Mercedes Monè with NJPW management.

Mercedes has been pushing hard on her Instagram that she wants to wrestle women from Tokyo Joshi Pro, even posting clips of her training with Sendai Girls.

The belief is that NJPW officials are irritated she has not been promoting major Bushiroad owned affiliates World of STARDOM and New Japan Pro Wrestling, since that is who she is currently under a short-term deal with.

Dave Meltzer was quick to note in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter today that it has most likely not been explained to Monè how business is done over in Japan and once it is, she will be course corrected.

That said it's silly either way idc if she promotes dream matches, if theyre more mad she isn't promoting Stardom specifically enough then that's different tho, just throw some plugs their way its not hard lol

Tbh it wouldn't be the first time someone said they loved Joshi - but had no idea Stardom and TJPW weren't the same thing.
