I'll TLDR what I've taken too many words to say in previous posts.
What type of match you can expect for the belts depends in part on the person holding them, and in part on the direction the company wants to present for that division at the time.
Heavyweight title is simple: It's the main title, big matches, big fight feel.
IC title: Outside of Nakamura it has just been a regular midcard belt for heavyweights. When he held it it was important and equal to the heavyweight belt.
Junior belt: If Liger/Kushida/someone of that stature holds it. It's pretty important and the matches feel big. If not: Flips for days.
Junior tag belts: NJPW does not give a flying fuck about this belt and neither does the Japanese fans. ten minutes sprints were the live crowd goes to the toilet.
NEVER belt: Depends so much on the guy holding it since they fucked up its true purpose at the start.
six man belt: Intentionally what the junior tags is unintentionally. ten minute sprints of insanity.
Heavyweight tag: Depends so much on who holds them.
