Alex Kozlov has stopped working for New Japan. He handed in his 3 months notice 3 months back and is now going on a indefinite hiatus from wrestling.

My guess: Injuries caught up with him and he needs to take time off for a long time to recover and think things through.

I just watched Nagata/Sasaki (2004/1/4) on the World, and shit boy, it's some scary ass helter-skelter, very minimalistic match where all they do is bleeding like pigs while beating bajesus out of each other. The match is only 13 minutes long and looks like a CSI murder scene:
