We had quite a few "gang initiations" happen close to us. One was leaving a "fake crying baby" on the door step of someone, then when they came to the door, 3 guys would jump whoever answered the door, rob them and kidnap one and leave them in the middle of no where. Another was eggs on car windows. This forces the driver to stop and a gang will beat the crap out of the driver, sometimes rape women. Another, was usually done in 3, one would have to break into a woman's house and beat her to near death and rape her while the other two watched and video taped it. Happened 2 streets from me to a late 30's woman when her husband was at work. 1030AM in the morning.

I'm not saying here, but in the ghetto city in Canada, the initiation is just to kill someone. This dude didn't get his hair done cut properly, so he went out in broad daylight and killed the barber.

By the way, he was black. (Waits for response)

Also, there are no real gangs around were I live, it's generally a nice area. However, a ton of gang related crap happens in Macon and Centerville which isn't that long of a drive from here.
