I'm just curious as to what @Crayo and @Xanth's plan is for them.

Is it going to be these?

If so, is it possible to create custom ones? I noticed there's text I can highlight on the bar, so are the userbars something only admin can create or is it possible to create complete custom ones like these:

Cray already answered me on Skype. Those are the new userbars and I'm already re-making all the userbars of some of the groups that are transferring over.
