Everyone saw Randy Orton approach Batista with the idea of a new Evolution. This was before the injury of course, and it seems that now Orton may miss the draft. Just because he in injured though doesnt mean he cant be drafted to Smackdown. Or Batista to Raw.

I think it would be a hell of a thing to see. I missed the old Evolution but from what I hear, it was a great stable. But since that time, both Orton and Batista have become main eventers. If we had Batista and Orton in the role of Triple H and Ric Flair, who do you think would take the roles that Orton and Batista previously filled, and on what brand do you think a new stable would do the most good?

It would be awesome, and be a great stable. As far as the last two spots go, I would probably give them to Ted DiBiase Jr, and DH Smith, making it truly seem like those two are the future of the business. That would be awesome in my view.

Need i say more...Evolution was awesomess...THey had it all...I was so pissed when they broke up slowly the first time....Evolution was unstobably and i think it would be awesome to see a new version of it...As it would help to get some mid carders to the top just as it did for Batista and Orton in the first place...

Yeah a Batista and Orton stable would be crazy. Ted Dibiasie Jr and Mr Kennedy should replace the roles they use to have.

Firstly, I think the point of that "altercation" wasnt to set up a stable, but moreso to set up a feud. IMO, it was definately going to lead to a feud between those two.
Batista is way too over to even attempt being a heel, as hes way too loved.
Secondly, I wouldnt like it. Evolution is my favorite stable ever, and I wouldnt like to see it redone, and theres not really anyone worthy of being in Orton and Batista roles of the up and comers...
IMO, Ortona nd Batista are great, but arent legendary enough to be the HHH and Flair roles yet... And yes, wwe has some young talent, but noone thats going to be the future of wrestling like Orton and Batista became, so theres no point...

And oh ya, with the new heel 2nd gen stable coming, there isnt a need for another stable to put over young guys, and it would hold back Batista and Orton IMO.

Im gonna say I wouldnt like to see it, but thats my opinion:)

Thats true they couldent make it better Trips batista and orton are dominant but back then i would never have thought batista would get so popular.

If Batista and Orton carry on the legacy, they'd probably be missing something. Who could ever replace Flair? The only veterans on the roster that have achieved a ton in their career, are Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker, which neither of the two fit the category. Everyone else couldn't qualify, except for maybe Mick Foley, but he doesn't make full-time appearances.

Also, Batista and Randy Orton, two of the biggest WWE superstars in fame and popularity, are both equal in title contention IMO, considering they have been in title matches many times in their careers. That would leave no one to challenge for the U.S./IC title depending on what brand the new Evolution went to. And it'd be hard to come up with what WWE could do with the Tag Titles.

Since I am supportive towards the WWE creative team making the move, I'm gonna make an idle Evolution on my own...lol. Batista challenges for the WHC/WWE, Randy Orton and Mick Foley can challenge for the Tag Titles, and a rising star, such as Paul Burchill, Cody Rhodes, or DH Smith challenging for the IC/US title. I've racked by brain trying to come up with anything better, so that's all I got. That still wouldn't be near as special as the original tho.

Would probably make me more interested in wrestling again. I also think it'd be an interbrand stable if made again.

LOL! That's about as pointless as having Punk win the MITB.

Seriously, those two have been established already. If your going to have a new stable. USE THE YOUNG STARS THAT COULD BENEFIT FROM IT.

He meant to have Batista and Orton be the old guys, and have them mentor others...
But Im still against the idea, as WWE needs a smany main eventers as possible, and orton and Batista teaming up takes them out of the title picture, cause they wont fight agaisnst eachother if theyre in a stable together.
And again, nothing can touch Evolution.

Oh, I thought he was meaning a group similar to Rated RKO.

Either way, it's still a bit pointless. WWE needs to start building younger talent. The 2nd generation stable idea would do so.

I don't think that we could have another 'Evolution' type stable in this generation. I think in the next generation of superstars but not now, I just don't think we have the right current superstars, maybe DiBiase Jr. But not yet, just not yet.

Dude, don't hog the pipe! LOL

How the hell can you take Orton (arguaby THE future of WWE) at his young age and make him team up with Foley to chase the currently worthless tag titles? ...That's crazy!

Furthermore, WWE have plenty of potential candidates for the young roles (either already on the roster or in development)....

DiBiase Jnr & DH Smith spring to mind for obvious reasons, as does Curt Hennigs son (Can't remember the guys name)....

My thoughts...

If I was gonna do Evo pt2, I'd have Orton in the HHH role and have an up and coming midcarder assume the old Orton role. The Flair role is the one that should be alligned with the tag titles (or not at all) as otherwise they'll just get in the way of the progress of the younger guys (inc. Orton).

To form a faction directly from the blueprint of Evolution wouldn't work if you used Orton AND Batista... Straight away you'd expect them to fall out over the world title - You'd never get a true sense of unity (which is important). Not against the idea of Orton & Batista in a faction (although I don't think that segment at ONS was a sign that it WILL happen.), but I think they'd need a different approach.

Personally, I think the 2nd Gen faction idea whilst overseen by DiBiase Snr is the way forward.

Just another idea to throw up in the air.... Once Morrison is a bit more pushed... I'd love for him to have a faction a bit like Raven's flock... A bunch of 'brainwashed followers' being led by the 'Shaman Of Sexy'.
