As seen at the conclusion of Raw, Triple H took hold of the mic and ran Daniel Bryan down yet again in typical fashion, as he proclaimed that the 5’8″ grappler is not worthy of being “The Face of WWE.” The Chief Operating Officer’s remarks had a lot of people shaking their heads backstage since they feel he was burying him as a performer rather than knocking him in a villainous manner that would lead to Bryan gaining retribution.

Trips actually getting heat? Well I'll be.

But seriously I can see why he would get heat. Trips ego is enormous and he is known for going off script to get his own opinions across.

As seen on last night's RAW, Triple H cut a promo at Daniel Bryan and grouped him with Edge, Rob Van Dam and Chris Jericho as talented stars who made it but were never "the guy" for WWE. Triple H said if any of them had been the face of WWE years ago, they would all be working for Ted Turner's WCW.

Jericho replied on Twitter:

"Thing is @TripleH despite ur major push,u never were either. Good luck in ur future endeavours"

Jericho also posted this tweet which appears to have been deleted now:

"Time to move on guys. Bye bye @WWE! Now time for more important things...any doubt that #DayInTheLife is the best @thebeatles song ever??"
I really hope this is kayfabe and not true but I bet it is true, In this day and age I'd rather have Jericho over Triple H, because Jericho actively competes when he comes back. Triple H on the other hand doesn't anymore, which I don't know why and I think its stupid he has a lot of time left in his career and should be active.

HHH has been telling people for weeks that Bryan isn't worthy of being a top star, how was last night any different?

I guess it was the night that it got too real for the fanboys. Funny.

I think the critique stems from Bryan not getting a proper chance for rebuttal. Normally in one of those situations the babyface gets a chance to shoot back, only this time Triple H didn't give Bryan such a chance, instead attempting to move focus away from Bryan and onto himself. Which seems counterproductive to what WWE wants with Bryan. WWE wouldn't be investing this much time and effort into Daniel if they did not want him to be a star, so why should Triple H go out of his way to pile on negativity onto him?

Does anybody care about Chris Jericho?
About Jericho, sure. But him on Twitter really isn't relevant.

And I really don't think this was any problem. HHH has been saying this about Bryan for weeks, it's just the heel getting his heat, it's the gimmick he's working that blurs the line between kayfabe and reality.

I don't know what Jericho said did not sound kayfabe at all, Edge wrote something too. What Jericho said sounded like he was mad and he removed the tweets so who knows.

Edge has replied to this segment on his Twitter account, "I think everyone forgets it's entertainment. Santa isn't real either. Or the Easter Bunny(I think, rabbits are sneaky) @GioPontiFan @TripleH"

Yes, I'm aware. It's just that you asked if no one cared about Jericho, I do, but he's known for trolling on his twitter apparently so it's not a reliable source of information (although it may be entertaining for some).

I get that, but it's what he's been doing to Bryan this entire angle. Saying he doesn't have the look or size of the company's most successful superstars, that he isn't marketable enough to be a top guy, etc. It's just the same kind of comments HHH has already made plenty before, and Bryan has already disputed/refuted them enough already. Bryan is likely winning on Sunday, so that should more than continue to prove that Bryan is capable of being a A Player and a top star.
