NBC has told distributors and some sports leagues that it plans to shut down its NBCSN sports channel by the end of the year.

This could really have an impact on NXT because sports would move to USA Network as well as other networks NBC owns. And NXT is up for renewal in the fall I believe.

Yeah I would like to know what is the other Ratings for the other USA Network Shows. vs NXT on a Week to Week basis. I mean I watch alot of them, but I can't see them bringing in that cache like WWE so I expect an renewal unless WWE wants to really have NXT on Fox like Smackdown. How is that Rating wise going for SD I see them advertise them all the time so I expect positive numbers. I like to see NBC tell Vince you need to leave Wednesday night for them he'll say fuck you were leaving and let's see if the USA Network can tread Water outside of The Chrisley, and Miz & Mrs Shows. They sometimes bring in new Shows for a Season, but it's not like HBO where every time you see a Show end or towards the end a handful of Shows are coming up the road just behind it.

Not to mention the ratings are in the shitter. Might as well try to centralize their content, and try to make their main channels powerhouses. This will also help them in not having to invest in as many tv shows.

Putting NASCAR on NBCSN was a poor idea from the start. Not many people have the network and having the USA Network air the race on Sundays, would save them from conflicting schedules of their original shows. I'd say this would be a chance for them in the future, as long as they don't get involved with WWE programming.
