Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

Mike Miller is impressing me defensively, we haven't seen too much offensively with him yet but that will come.

Mario Chalmers is so much better then Arroyo. I dont care what Arroyo's stats say he is terrible

I see Mike eating up both their times really and Jones remaining in the lineup.

How that was not a foul on Chalmers is beyond me

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

I can't wait till next year when we can get a real center. Hopefully Spoelstra will get rid of Arroyo too and let Chalmers start or go after a decent point guard but I doubt it as center is way more of a need.

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

I support Lebron's message in favor of teams being contracted.

Lower the number from 30 to 26 by taking 4 teams away and moving the Hornets back to the East and Charlotte.
- Minny, Clippers, Grizzlies, and Bobcats

Totally don't get the point of doing that. Plus why break up a good young team in Memphis and a potential team int he future with one of the most exciting players in the game in the Clippers.

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

Jerry West has petitioned for it to happen as well and it is said that it will be discussed in the CBA negotiations this summer.

It would make much more sense to cut the dead weight and also give talent to more teams if you conduct an expansion draft for the players/rights from those franchises.

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

Why would we be saving a Hornet team with no ownership and no direction in this hypothetical? Contract them and one other team (I nominate the Bobcats), and get down to an even 28.
