If you like basketball, get it. It's in the pantheon of sports games with Tecmo Bowl, NHL 94, Fight Night Night 2 and Madden 03.

I got this game for my birthday 2 weeks ago and crap, it's awesome. I love love LOVE the My Player modes improvements, and Association is awesome too. EPIC that they added a draft guy edit downloader, so now even Jimmer and my man Parsons can be in Season 2. The only sports game that comes close is The Show, and they've looked to botch that by stealing 2K's control scheme, which sucks.
Anyway, what an amazing B-Ball game 2K's made. Super realistic, fun game with pretty much everything you could ask for. If the game reaches up to this quality every year, NBA Live/Elite whatever's just gonna have to cancel again.
Literally the only negative i've found in the game is Ron Artest is on the soundtrack. (Which is otherwise completely awesome btw.)
