he was 20/26 with 49 points at one point. Dude just wasn't missing. They just gave him the ball and let him shoot. When you're that hot, you keep chucking it up. He's the best scorer in the NBA.

I do think he is a way better scorer than Steph. Steph is a better 3-point shooter, but he can't do half the things Melo can do. KD, you have a point. The 35 shots with no assists thing isn't even a big deal if you watch the game. You just keep shooting at that point, and he did dish several times but nobody else makes shots on the knicks.

Steph is a better scorer IMO. He has a better FG% career and on the season. He has a higher true shooting %. He has a higher eFG%. He scores 2.5 fewer points on 3 fewer shots per game.

I don't see the argument for Melo really.

Not really. He's played 74 or more games every year but 1, the lockout shortened season when he had ankle troubles. He's missed 1 or 2 games this year.
