Love the show and can't wait for season 2. Inspite of it being Escobar focused, it doesnt have to stay that way so they can stretch it out as much as they want really.

Although Pablo is badass.

Finished the show the other day. Loved it. Love Pedro Pascal (Oberyn :{{ RIP my sweet baby). I hope they don't finish the show after they are done with Pablo. I hope they move onto different cartels and shit.

Narcos follows the life and death of famous drug lords. The production chose the story of Pablo, just because his life and death were highly publicized, and the nature of his business made a good plot. Now, after showing his showing his death death, the production will start working on the life of some other famous drug lord.

“I think there’s a reason why we call this show Narcos and not Pablo Escobar. It’s very much about the trade. There are other drug dealers and there are alliances formed against Pablo, so there are a multitude of stories we could tackle,” Newman added.
