Well it's been three days so I guess it's time to give the answer. It was Peter Jackson's Brain Dead (A.K.A Dead Alive). Released in 1992 and widely regarded as the goriest movie ever made. That image was from the lawnmower scene viewable here:

The Outsiders. That has to be the most borderline gay movie I've ever seen besides The Lord of The Rings Trilogy. I seriously thought Johnny and Pony Boy were going to make out, like every scene.
