N64 FINALLY coming to Switch

Is anyone else excited about this? I never had an N64 so I'm exited to play a lot of classics for the first time. Will be interesting to see the price point. Not sure if I'll be shelling out $50 for the N64 controller or not. From what I've read it wasn't exactly a joy to use...

Bit of a shame it'll cost more than the NSO currently but yeah, this is great news. I saw Sin & Punishment was on there and hell yeah, I got half way trough that game years ago and just....forgot to beat it. I should do so here. I hope they get Ogre Battle 64 on there eventually because 'd like to play that on a handheld.

I wouldn't bother getting the controller tbh. It's probably done more for collectors (which I am....but not of just everything) than for people who want to actually use it.

MUSHA launching with the Genesis games is fuckin awesome, I don't think that game even ever made it to any compilations Sega's ever put out, like Genesis Classics and whatnot.

I used the GameCube controller for all my N64 games I had downloaded on the Wii and it was way better than an N64 one lmao

About 5 or 6 Years ago I purchased a Brand new N64 and got Four Controllers with Mario Party 2, Mario Kart, No Mercy, Goldeneye, Snowboard Kids and that was the last purchase I ever made involving Games/Console. I've been thinking about getting a new Console and Switch was on the Table to possibly buy and they are going to need to convince me to get something like that when I can buy the Games for N64 and still have a hell of a time with my Brother Anthony. Forget about the Wrestlemania Streak I defeated a Month ago for the first time my Bro in Mario Party 2 with Wario

Majoras Mask, Banjo Kazooie and Mario Golf are all confirmed for a future release. They would be insane not to have Goldeneye eventually. Since it's a rare game and so is Banjo Kazooie seems like it's all but certain it will happen at some point.

I seem to recall on the Direct show that games will have online multiplayer. Goldeneye online would be AMAZING.

I still have my green N64 up in my closet. Sadly nearly all of my games and one of the controllers were stolen. It was like the main console of choice when at friends houses. Super Smash Brothers, Golden Eye, Vigilante 8, Rush 2, Rush 2049 and others... it had some really fun games. I think that all I have is Vigilante 8 because by the time I lost my games the N64 was getting phased out of stores and there weren't many options to buy then.

Been considering getting a Switch but never have gone for it yet. Especially since I don't feel like stalking websites to grab a PS5.

GoldenEye might require to co-operation of whoever owns Bond and whoever has the licensing rights right now so that may not happen.
