Actually watched (er, listened to while playing a game) this, and it can all be summed up in a few sentences:
"The World Title doesn't main event PPV's, and there's 2 world titles on each card, rendering them both and especially the World Title meaningless"
Back then, each title meant that "The person holding this belt was the best wrestler this show has to offer. He's at the top of the mountain." Since there's no brand split anymore, that's what's ruined the World Title. WWE title = best wrestler in WWE, world title = ?, IC and US titles = ?
The "card structure" debate should be interesting, and worth another thread (Crayo can start it). Honestly, I don't think it's nearly that big of a deal outside of the main event, unless you put some highly anticipated match with tons of star power in the middle of the card where nothing could follow it (wrestlemania 25). The main event should be whichever match has the best build and the most star power in it, unless it's an extreme circumstance it should be a title match, because the main event is the most important thing on the show, and the most important person on the show should be your champion. That's why watching CM Punk mid-card every show did so much harm to the belt, Cena was always treated as champion even though Punk had the belt, so what's the point of having the belt?
