I try my best to avoid soy. Most of it is toxic these days. I haven't tried almond milk but it is something I am interested in. Anything with cashew I am sure tastes good tho.

I live in a tree filled area. The air here is filtered pretty well. It is the cities you have to worry about. I have a protected park around me. No one is taking these trees away! NEVER! *hugs tree*
