Protein shakes only in the morning. Salad for lunch, then usually meat for dinner. Why?

That's a weird diet for someone bulking up...

I'm more cardio, but I had a period of mass bulking up and it seems to be all about protein. Lots and lots of it.

Protein is vital you want about 1-1.5g per lb of body weight to get a good recovery. I'm surprised RKO doesn't eat more to get that kind of size.

Too much protein a day is extremely bad for your bladder though. It could cause kidney stones.

I did more Cardio also but than I found it was kinda usless for bulking up.

Personally I'm not into fully bulking up. I'm all about fitness, and to be honest my abs shown more doing intense cardio than it did bulking up. I gym 3 times a week and swim 4-5 times. Plus side of living in Cornwall. Jog to the gym.

Recently been wasting all that work eating tons of fabs, the best ice-lolley in the world.
