the bkg is kinda pixelated, so it has low resolution, i dunno why maybe u used small brushed then you added zoom or increased its size too much?
So the bkg looks aweful imo.
the logo itself is darker than needed. You need to add some light to the logo to make it stand out more.
The font is ok, but the way you placed it with size is not ok imo.
