I was going to say that he doesn't have the power to enforce authority as well, but... that's not true. If someone's wife commits adultery, look at it in an extreme libertarian point of view, she gives up her rights to live thus can be killed. At least I'm pretty sure that's how it is, in some places at least for sure.

well maybe but i studied islamics and it says you cant do that. i was strictly talking about islam.
