I'll name a few. Things I think about for a theme, first is the opening. It needs to be snappy, or have a good and justified build depending on the song. Like if it is greater than 30-35 seconds before it gets to the point where it picks up, you'd need to have a strong character/entrance or it has to be a GOAT theme.

First a couple of the best themes I have heard in e-feds, specifically from one person.

I have considered making just such a thread, though with the twist that you have to say who the theme would apply to, which I think makes it much more interesting than just posting songs. Can't recall too many off the top of my head that I had in mind but I do remember 2 which partially inspired the idea for me.
