Apparently Nemeth was on a handshake deal all this time, so it's good that they signed him up.
I agree with a lot of the sentiment above. The roster doesn't look like it belongs to a company that just got a new TV deal. I'm sure they have some surprises for tonight, so we'll see how things look. However, it feels like TNA should be doing more to keep talent. PWInsider said that TNA had a "renewal option" on Trey and Wentz, but didn't use it, and they think TNA wanted to keep them on a "different contractual rate". If I've read that right, TNA tried to lowball them?
It also sucks when you see Silva publicly stating that he'll help their young talent go to WWE if they want. Pretty much makes me think what Sky said above. There's been worse times, but I felt so much pride in being a TNA fan. I think it feels more depressing now because TNA got through a tough time and looked ready to take another step forward, then Anthem decide they want to take the easy way out.
Hopefully tonight's show makes me feel a lot happier about the state of TNA.
