If New Day v Usos v Bludgeon Bros does turnout to be a TLC match. Then my reasoning is self explanatory.

Even though the Styles/Nakamura build up makes me nervous about them actually delivering, Styles has never let me down when it came down to being the best damn performer on a card. Especially now that he's finally in a major Mania match with a world title on the line, I expect this man to go all out

AJ Styles is the most reliable wrestler in the world. No wonder Vince has faith in him.

I honestly think the Intercontinental triple threat match will be...
All 3 guys are great workers & Rollins has been killing it lately.

I WANT Charlotte vs. Asuka to be match of the night...but I
have a feeling the MMC final & Carmella may ruin it...and I
just feel Styles vs. Nakamura won't live up to the hype.

I will still be good...just not as good as everything thinks it
will be.

Well...that does happen in wrestling.

Everyone see's the WWE product through their own "filter"
so that's bound to happen.

I'm actually curious to know if other performers are told to
"hold back" so certain other matches can look better if you
see what I'm hinting with that statement.

Yeah, it happens quite a lot. It's not only WWE, it also happens in NJPW, ROH, or whatever else people like to watch. No, I completely agree with you and understand because I have said that several times about certain matches because there have been matches that look great on paper but turn out to be duds. The big problem is that WWE values entertainment over actually wrestling ability if you know what I mean.

probably not, because if so, why would Vince be pissed at Kevin Owens for having an "ok-ish" match with Jericho at last years Mania if he just wanted to see his favorites do well? Why did Styles/Shane & IC title Ladder matches get the "chance" to steal the show at the past 3 Manias then? Obviously Vince wants everyone to bring their best on his biggest show (duh). That's also why Styles gets rewarded with a world title match now, given that he had the best match on the card last year. Once again, you're just trying to blame everything bad that's happening (or could happen) on the people you dislike.. very grown up I might add

At Wrestlemania Vince expects you to bring your A game no matter how much time you have. No matter what people think, Vince isnt an idiot he isnt going to tell people to hold back. Unless they have an injury

I do agree though. There is no way he would ever tell anyone to hold back at Wrestlemania. That is like telling your best player on a sports team to not play as good so the rest of the team looks better. You don't do that. You tell everyone to give it their all and then another 10% on top of that.
