I just assume every time someone asks this (unless they specify in-ring), that they mean overall talent, ring skills, mic skills, etc. as in who is just the "best" in an overall sense.

This is how I see it also, it’s why I mentioned talent is more than just what you do in ring, which is why people who aren’t listed (well some are now lol) deserve to be listed. Because they got great talents in plenty of other areas.

Regardless of who people choose, it's actually crazy to think how many legit awesome women they have under contract now across the numerous brands.

Lacey Evans and it's not close. She's excellent on the mic, plays her character perfectly whether she's face or heel, knows how to work a crowd, doesn't break kayfabe outside the ring. She's tall, looks great, served her country, throws a nasty right, and she's a good conservative mother. What more could you want from a star?

I think Charlotte Flair is the most talented Women in roster because she adapt both face as well as hell character well.

I had to say charlotte too. There really hasn't been any dull moments in her career. She's been great since she started and hasn't let up.
