It doesn’t matter if there’s record profits. If you own a company you don’t keep people on the payroll if their job isn’t enhancing the company at all. Again, I feel horrible for the people who lost their jobs but in no world do businesses employ people “just to be nice”

its not just to be nice, those ppls jobs were enhancing the company, they did nothign wrong to deserve losing their job. top executives sold to make 100 millions each. its not about not being nice, its ppl losing their jobs due to unchecked greed. stop defending this shit
